The funds collected under the provisions of this Chapter shall, after the costs and expenses provided for in Section 221.04 of the Codified Ordinances are paid, be appropriated and disbursed in the following proportions, to wit:
(a) Fund 101 General Fund: 87%
(b) Fund 202 –Street Fund: 6.25%
(c) Fund 212 – Park Fund: 6.75%
