155.12 TRANSFER OF BENEFITS FROM PRIOR EMPLOYMENT.

Except for the credit allowed for the unused balance of accumulated sick leave provided for by Section 155.02(e) no other benefits earned by a City employee while working for the State of Ohio or any of its political subdivisions can be transferred with such employee.
