151.04 SUSPENSION AND REMOVAL OF COMMISSION MEMBERS.
   The Mayor may at any time suspend or remove any Commission member for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office, having first given to such member a copy of the charges setting forth the specific complaint. An opportunity shall be given such member to be publicly heard in person or by counsel in his own defense. Any Commission member so removed may appeal to the Court of Common Pleas, providing such appeal is taken within ten days from the decision of the Mayor.
