151.03 AGREEMENTS AUTHORIZED.

The Commission may, within the limits of its appropriated budget, contract for professional services for the conduct of examinations, training of personnel, updating the personnel system from time to time, or any other matters required for the efficient operation of the City's civil service or personnel system.
