143.03 CLERK OF WATER DIVISION.
   The Clerk of the Water Division shall also be the Sewage and Sewers Division Clerk and shall perform such duties as are prescribed by the Director of Water Distribution and Accounting. (Ord. 6-69. Passed 1-9-69.)
