143.02 DIRECTOR OF WATER TREATMENT AND SUPPLY.

The Director of Water Treatment and Supply shall manage the maintenance and operation of the treatment, pumping and raw water supply facilities of the Water Division. He shall operate under the supervision of the Director of Public Service.
