The Superintendent of City Sewer Lines and City Plumbing shall manage the maintenance of all sanitary sewers and storm sewers and shall also be the City Plumbing and Sewer Inspector. He shall operate under the supervision of the Director of the Sewage and Sewers Division, and his duties shall be those prescribed and required by the Director. His additional duties as Plumbing and Sewer Inspector shall be as set forth in Chapter 1327 of the Part Thirteen, Building Code and in Chapter 921 of the Part Nine, Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code.
