139.01 DIRECTOR OF SEWAGE AND SEWERS DIVISION.

The Director of the Sewage and Sewers Division shall be responsible for the proper supervision, maintenance and operation of all sanitary sewer lines, storm sewer lines, the Sewage Treatment Plant and all other buildings and equipment connected with this Division. He shall operate under the supervision of the Director of Public Service.
