133.02 DIVISIONS.
   The following divisions are created within the Department of Public Services:
   (a)    Street Division.
   (b)    Sewage and Sewers Division.
   (c)    Engineering Division.
   (d)    Sanitation Division.
   (e)    Water Division.
   (f)    Park and Recreation Division.
