131.02 ACTING FIRE CHIEF.

The Director of Public Safety is authorized to appoint a temporary acting Fire Chief in case of an emergency, illness or absence of the regular Fire Chief pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.30.

The duties of any person so appointed shall be the same as those required of the regular Fire Chief. (Ord. 52-80. Passed 9-2-80.)
