111.02 DEPUTY CLERKS OF COUNCIL.

The Director of Finance, ex-officio, Clerk of Council, shall appoint as may be necessary deputy Clerks of Council for the purpose of the serving of notices upon property owners for the construction of sidewalks, sewers and street improvements in the City.
