Council shall hereafter meet in regular session at the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, or at such other places as a majority of Council, by motion, deems appropriate, on the first and third Tuesday of each month, except the month of August, at 7:00 p.m. Council shall meet and organize immediately following a regular Municipal election at 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of January as prescribed in Section 7 of the City Charter.
