1501.04 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)    As used in the Fire Prevention Code:
      (1)    "Municipality" means the City of Ashland, Ohio.
      (2)    "Bureau of Fire Prevention" means the Fire Division of the City,
      (3)    "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention" means the Chief of the Fire Division of the City.
   (b)    "Fire Prevention Code" as used in this chapter means the standards adopted in Sections 1501.01 and 1501.02 subject to any local modifications.
