The fire limits of the City shall comprise all the areas within the following described boundary:
Situated in the City of Ashland, County of Ashland, State of Ohio, and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Cottage Street and the centerline of West Fourth Street; thence east along the centerline of West Fourth Street and East Fourth Street to the centerline of Miller Street; thence south along the centerline of Miller Street to the centerline of Cleveland Avenue; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Cleveland Avenue to the northerly extension of the west line of Lot 4C, North Ashland; thence southeasterly along such northerly extension, and the west line of Lot C, North Ashland, to the north line of East Main Street; thence continuing along the same line to the centerline of Maple Street; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Maple Street to the centerline of Center Street; thence to the west line of Center Street at the centerline of a 12-foot east-west alley situated between Lots 457, South Ashland, and 458, South Ashland; thence westerly along the centerline of such alley and the westerly extension of such centerline to the east line of Lot 453, South Ashland; thence north along the east line of Lot 453, South Ashland, to the south line of Lot 462, South Ashland; thence westerly along the south line of Lot 462, South Ashland, and 467, South Ashland, to the southwest corner of Lot 467, South Ashland, on the east side of Luther Street; thence southwesterly across Luther Street to the southeast corner of Lot 468, South Ashland; thence westerly along the south line of Lot 468, South Ashland, to the southwest corner of such lot, which is also the northwest corner of Lot 447, South Ashland; thence south along the west line of Lot 447, South Ashland, to the northeast corner of Lot 446, South Ashland; thence westerly along the north line of Lot 446, South Ashland, and 445, South Ashland and the south line of Lot 477, South Ashland, and 478, South Ashland to the east line of Claremont Avenue; thence to the west line of Claremont Avenue at the northeast corner of Lot 487, South Ashland; thence westerly along the north line of Lot 487, South Ashland, and 525, South Ashland to the east line of Broad Street; thence continuing along the same line to the centerline of Broad Street; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Broad Street to the centerline of West Main Street; thence easterly along the centerline of West Main Street to the southerly extension of the east line of Lot 317, North Ashland; thence northerly along such southerly extension and the east line of Lot 317, North Ashland and the east line of Lot 355, North Ashland, to the south line of Sandusky Street; thence continuing along the same line to the centerline of Sandusky Street; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Sandusky Street to the centerline of Cottage Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Cottage Street to the centerline of Fourth Street and the place of beginning, and there terminating.
