Where all the frontage on both sides of the street between two intersecting streets is located in the M-2 Heavy Industrial District, or where the opposite frontage is located in the M-1 Light Industrial District, no front yard shall be required. Where the opposite street frontage is occupied by a residential district, the front yard requirements of the residential district shall apply to the M- 2 Heavy Industrial District, and in a residential or any business district, the front yard requirements of the residential or business district shall apply to the M-2 Heavy Industrial District.
