There shall be a front yard having a minimum depth of not less than twenty feet. Where the frontage on the opposite sides of the street is occupied by a residential district, the front yard requirements of the residential district shall apply to the M-1 Light Industrial District. Where the frontage on one side of the street, between two intersecting streets, is located partly in the M-1 Light Industrial District and partly in a residential or any business district, the front yard requirements of the residential or business district shall apply to the M-1 Light Industrial District.
