The office or position of technician and guard of the Ashland Municipal Swimming Pool is created, which office shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor, whose duties shall be to perform life guard duties and maintenance of the chlorinator, filter and backwash equipment and such other duties as prescribed by the Manager.
