941.04 OTHER EMPLOYEES.

The Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to employ life guards whose duties shall be to guard and protect bathers in the swimming pool at Brookside Parks. The Mayor is also authorized and directed to employ such extra help from time to time as may be necessary.
