933.05 EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL UNIT.

Based on an analysis by the City of impervious surface area of eight hundred (800) residential properties throughout the City, an impervious surface area of three thousand fifty-two (3,052) square feet shall be designated as one (1) Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU).
