925.08 OWNERSHIP OF REFUSE.
   All garbage, rubbish and other material on the disposal site are the property of the City and no person is allowed to separate and collect, carry off or dispose of same except under the direction of the Director. (Ord. 65-69. Passed 7-29-69.)
