All charges of sewer and sewage disposal service shall become due and payable ten days after billing. If the charges are not paid when due, such delinquent charges shall be certified to the County Auditor to be collected in the same manner as other City taxes, under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 729.49.
Sewer rental charges shall be payable at the office of the Water Division in the Municipal Building. (Ord. 54-92. Passed 10-6-92.)
