If a sewer bill is not paid within fifteen days after the date of mailing, a ten percent (10%) penalty shall be added.
Since the foregoing rates are based on water consumption, the City will not accept payment of any water bill without payment also of the sewer bill, and if any bill remains unpaid for thirty days, the City may cut off the water supply to such sewer owner until the sewer bill is paid.
