923.07 UNMETERED WELLS.

The charge for all unmetered private wells shall be one hundred forty dollars ($140.00) per year, payable monthly. If a meter is installed measuring the actual water discharged into the sanitary sewer, the rates shall be the same as those set forth in this chapter for other property owners. (Ord. 54-92.
