(a) Sampling Event Charge. A sampling event charge shall be made to compensate the City for pretreatment inspections and program administration expenses as specified in Chapter 923, Sewer Charges. This charge shall be made for each event as defined in Section 921.01
(53). The Chief, I.P.P. reserves the authority to prorate this charge at a rate schedule considered appropriate.
(b) Compensation for Cost of Sample Analysis. The City shall be compensated for all expenses associated with the analysis of industrial waste samples.
(c) Wastewater Discharge Permit Application Fee. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged with each permit application.
