921.17 MODIFICATIONS AND ENLARGING REQUIRED.

Any approval by the Engineer of a type, kind or capacity of any installation of treatment facilities or manhole shall not relieve a person of the responsibility of revamping, enlarging or otherwise modifying an installation when it becomes necessary to so revamp, enlarge or otherwise modify in order to comply with the provisions of this Chapter.
