921.11 PRETREATMENT REQUIRED.
   The discharge into any sanitary sewer of waters, sewage or wastes which have a strength or concentration greater then "normal sewage", or which contain any prohibited substance listed in Section 921.10, or which are otherwise determined to be objectionable by the Chief, I.P.P., shall be evaluated by the Director. These wastes may be accepted, rejected, or where deemed necessary by the Director, one of the following methods of pretreatment shall be provided by the owner at his/her own expense:
   (a)    Reduce the industrial wastes or sewage to "normal sewage" which shall also meet the requirements of Section 921.10 and then discharge into the City sanitary sewer system.
   (b)    Completely treat the sewage to meet the requirements of the OEPA for discharge directly into a stream, storm sewer or other natural outlet. If this option is chosen, discharge permit shall be required from OEPA.
