921.09 HOLDING TANK WASTES.
   No person shall discharge hauled septage into any manhole or other appurtenance of any sewer except at locations and at times as designated by the Director and/or his authorized agent. The City reserves the right to reject any hauled waste for any reason.
   Any removal of manhole lids, or access to the sewer system for the purpose of discharging wastes at times and/or locations other than those designated by the Director or without the expressed permission of the Director, shall be considered a violation and shall be subject to enforcement action including fines and penalties allowed under this Chapter.
   Private sewage disposal system wastes originating within the City may be discharged only at locations designated by the Director. Such wastes originating outside of the City shall only be accepted into the City's system in accordance with A Regulation Governing the Servicing of Septage, as administered by the Ashland City/County Health Department. Only licensed septage haulers will be permitted to discharge septage to the City's POTW. The City reserves the right to reject the acceptance of any hauled waste for any reason it deems necessary. A fee shall be paid for each one thousand (1000) gallons of such waste accepted, as established in Section 921.73.
