All streets running in an eastward and westward direction shall be numbered eastwardly and westwardly beginning at zero from the Troy Road, Orange Street and Center Street as a division line, with the even numbers on the north and the odd numbers on the south side of the streets. All streets running northward and southward shall be numbered northwardly and southwardly beginning at one hundred from West Main Streets, East Main Street and the Wooster Road as a division line, with the even numbers on the west side and the odd numbers on the east side of the streets.
