907.03 SPACE ALLOTTED TO EACH NUMBER.

Each number shall occupy twenty feet of space along each street of the City upon which a building abuts except in a certain downtown area of the City shown on the Engineer's House Numbering Book where each number shall occupy ten feet of space.
