749.15 DRIVER'S PERMIT FEE.

   The following permit fees shall be paid for taxicab drivers' permits or for renewals thereof:

   For each original permit issued, five dollars ($5.00).

   For each renewal thereof, one dollar ($1.00).

For replacement of the driver's permit certificate if the same is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, a fee of fifty cents (50¢) shall be paid for the replacement thereof.
