Whoever, without first obtaining a license from the Mayor, as provided in this chapter, shall open, display, exhibit or practice any exhibition, performance or public show, as provided in this chapter, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each and every day or night of such exhibition, performance or public show shall be deemed a separate offense.
