All public shows and exhibitions for which money or other reward is in any manner demanded or received for admission into the same, are declared unlawful unless application is made and a license is obtained from the Mayor. The Mayor shall collect from the applicant for such license the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each and every day or night for such exhibition or public show. (Ord. 49-61. Passed 7-18-61.)
