All such junk as automobile bodies, cans, tires and other articles of junk, vessels or receptacles, which may hold water, shall be protected from rain or coming in contact with water from other sources, so as to prevent breeding of mosquitoes or producing disagreeable odors, etc. (Ord. 4122.
