721.04 PERMIT FEES.
   (a)    The permit fee for junk yards as provided in this chapter shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.
   (b)    The fee for collection of junk by nonresidents or persons not licensed by the City otherwise shall be one dollar ($1.00) per day per each and every day so operated.
