721.03 PERMIT FOR WALLS OR FENCES.

Permits for the erection of walls or fences must be obtained from the Department of Public Service. Fences and walls are to be so constructed that they will withstand the force of high winds. Walls or fences surrounding junk yards must be kept free from advertising matter and must be kept painted at all times. (Ord. 4122. Passed 12-2-57.)
