Whoever continues to conduct or begins to conduct any form of amusement at a permanent or temporary place of amusement or any itinerant form of amusement within the corporate limits, without having a license therefor as provided in this chapter, shall be fined not less than twenty- five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
