547.04 CERTAIN TREES PROHIBITED.

No person shall plant, set out or permit to grow upon or near the tree lawn of any street of the City any species of poplar tree. If the owner of any such tree, after proper notification, refuses to remove such tree, then the Mayor may order such tree destroyed.
