§ 90.37 UNLAWFUL KILLING OR RELEASING OF CERTAIN ANIMALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to kill or release any animal under observation for rabies, or any animal under observation where a human has been bitten. The animal may not be removed from the county without written permission from the District Health Director, or the Department of Animal Control.
