§ 166.04 JURISDICTION.
    In accordance with G.S. §160D-202(b), this Chapter shall apply to all unincorporated areas of Ashe County in which no town or city is exercising extraterritorial jurisdiction under G.S. Ch. 160D, Art. 2.
