(A) The Parks and Recreation Department shall cause a sign or signs to be posted at designated public skate park facilities providing reasonable notice of the requirements of § 100.06 and stating that any person failing to comply will be guilty of an infraction and subject to citation.
(B) The signs shall at least afford reasonable notice of the following:
(1) Park hours of operation;
(2) Skateboarding, roller skating, in-line skating, and BMX biking are hazardous activities. Skate and bike at own risk;
(3) Skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates and BMX bikes only; and
(4) Failure to wear helmets, kneepads, and elbow pads will subject persons to citation under § 100.99 and G.S. § 99E-23(b).
