§ 100.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BMX BIKE. (AN ACRONYM FOR BICYCLE MOTOCROSS).
      (1)   A form of cycling on specially designed bicycles which usually have 16- to 24-inch wheels (the norm being the 20-inch wheel).
      (2)   The sport includes racing on earthen tracks, known as BMX racing, as well as the performance of tricks on the bikes, called Freestyle BMX.
   IN-LINE SKATE (ALSO KNOWN AS ROLLER BLADES). A footwear containing three or more axles mounted in a straight line extending generally from or behind the heel of the footwear to or in front of the toe of the footwear with a single wheel attached to each axle.
   ROLLER SKATE. Any footwear or device which may be attached to the foot or footwear to which wheels are attached and the wheels may be used by the wearer in moving.
   SKATEBOARD. A board-like object, which has two axles, attached to the bottom of the board-like object with one or two wheels attached to each axle and the user rides or stands upon the board-like object and may include a handlebar.
