The County Manager is hereby directed to post appropriate signage on each building, park, or other recreational facilities covered by this subchapter. The signs shall be visibly posted on or near the exterior of any entrance into buildings or any locations covered by this subchapter. For the purpose of this subchapter, property that is owned, leased as lessee, operated, occupied, managed or controlled by the county within a pertinent premises shall be considered county property.
