It shall be the duty of the Ashe County Building Inspections Department to administer and enforce the regulations prescribed herein. Applications for compliance permits shall be made to the Inspections Office. Applications required by this chapter shall be considered within 30 days, at such time they will be granted or denied. Building permits shall not be issued without the granting of a compliance permit.
