For purposes of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD). A tract of land under ownership either by a single entity, a corporation, a partnership, or other entity, intended for a single development being either a residential use (to include single family and multi-family use), commercial use, or a combination of both commercial and residential uses.
