§ 155.72 APPEALS FROM THE WATERSHED REVIEW BOARD.
   Appeals from the Watershed Review Board must be filed with the appropriate Superior Court within 30 days from the date of the Board’s written decision. The decisions by the Superior Court will be in the manner of certiorari.
