§ 155.69 PLANNING BOARD WILL SERVE AS WATERSHED REVIEW BOARD.

The Ashe County Planning Board, who are duly appointed by the Board of Commissioners to serve three-year terms and eligible for reappointment, will serve as the Ashe County Watershed Review Board.
