§ 153.05 PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
   Under the direction of the County Manager, the Planning Department shall assist the County Commissioners, the Planning Board, the Inspections Department, the Airport Authority, and the Economic Development Commission with studies, advice, and preparation of plans.
