§ 150.40 ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT REQUIREMENTS.
   The 2009 edition of the North Carolina State Building Code Administration and Enforcement Requirements and the General Statutes pertaining to the enforcement of the North Carolina State Building Code is hereby adopted by Ashe County in reference to the condemnation of unsafe buildings.
