§ 110.20 FRANCHISE RENEWAL.
   Upon completion of the term of any franchise granted pursuant to this chapter, the county may grant or deny renewal of the franchise of the grantee in accordance with the procedures for franchise renewals as established by the Federal Cable Act and state and federal law.
