(A) Grantee shall construct, install, operate and maintain its system in a manner consistent with all laws, ordinances, construction standards, governmental requirements and the construction and operational standards contained in this chapter and the franchise agreement.
(B) All installation and maintenance of electronic equipment shall be of a permanent nature, durable and installed in accordance with the applicable sections of the current edition of the national electric safety code, the national electrical code of the national bureau of fire underwriters, and all state and local codes where applicable.
(C) Towers shall be designed for the property loading zone as specified in electronics industry association's R.S.-222C specifications.
(D) Towers shall be painted, lighted, erected and maintained in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration, the state aeronautics board, and all other applicable local or state regulations.
